We provide LOI feedback within 48 hours of receiving your loan submission package. Your initial package should be emailed to loans@popularcommercial.com and include the following items:
• Executive Summary • 2 years personal taxes with all schedules • Balance sheet and schedule of real estate owned • Loan request information including loan size, term and use of funds • Recent credit report • Property information including any appraisals or BPO's
